Dee Dee Darden tells it like it is. Her straightforward approach towards carrying out the many and complicated duties as a Supervisor have been very well received, especially when compared to others holding the same office in earlier times when there were larger deficits coupled to tax increases. This year we will not see a tax increase and the deficit is smaller.

I live very close to Chuckatuck, and it takes a while to drive to Isle of Wight using “country roads” to get there. We had a huge storm that dismantled the Orbit bridge that is between my home and Isle of Wight. I made this known to Dee Dee who was already aware of the need to have the Orbit bridge repaired. Yes, it took a while, some money and some hard work to reconstruct the bridge. She and others. without a great deal of fanfare, did got the work done — something they did very well for you and for me. And I like and appreciate the no-nonsense way of governing that was demonstrated here. Dee Dee Darden gets things done with positive results and she deserves to be re-elected.
