Paul Douglas Milby passed away on May 21, 2016 after a long bout with cancer.
Paul “Pete” Milby was born on May 28, 1955 at Obici Hospital in Suffolk. He is survived by a wife, Donna Milby; a daughter, Jessica Milby; a son, Justin Milby; and his mother, Lois Haynes Tapner, all of Smithfield. Paul was a talented musician who played in many bands in the Hampton Roads area and loved by all who knew him. Services are pending.
