William Marshall Boswell Jr., passed peacefully at home with his family by his side on Nov. 29, 2016 after a long illness. He was born Aug. 25, 1953 and was a lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County. He retired from Isle of Wight County in October 2015 as a building maintenance technician.
Marshall was a member of the Moonlight Hunt Club for many years and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and many special friends.
He was the stepson of Emerson Earl Bryant Sr. and always considered and loved him as his father. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 32 years, Julie (Aggie); his wonderful son, Bryan; brother, Buddy Bryant and wife Kellie; nieces, Katelyn and Ashley; sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Bruce Beaulieu; mother-in-law, Hazel Patterson and his special friend, Boz Boswell.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2 in Colonial Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at Mill Swamp Baptist Church cemetery.
