SHALER TOWNSHIP, PENN — Raymond J. Lizak, 86, of Shaler Township, Penn., formerly of Lawrenceville, Penn., died on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2017. Beloved father of Robin (Ray) Salerno, John (Mary Ann) Lizak, Paul Lizak, Camille (Russ) Brooks of Smithfield and Daniel (Kim) Lizak; loving grandfather of Chris (Patsy) Salerno, Josh (Abby) Salerno, Cami (Lance) Meredith, Jamie (Scott) Copenhaver, Amanda (Dr. Andrei) Sfintescu, David Lizak, Mary Jo (Jason) Albright, Russell Brooks, Grace (Chris) Yoder, Benjamin Lizak and the late Raymond A. Salerno and Charla Lizak; great-grandfather of Garrett, Bella, Allysia, Sophia, Nikolas, Logan, Luca, Nico, Jason and Theresa; brother of the late Edward, Henry and Joseph Lizak; former spouse of Theresa (Golubski) Lizak; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends were received at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home, in Pittsburgh, Penn. Jan. 18. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Stanislaus Church, Pittsburgh, on Jan. 19, followed by the burial with military honors in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
