University of Maryland Global Campus awards degrees

The following local students have earned degrees from University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC):

Mary LaRona Lake, of Carrollton, earned a Bachelor of Science in management studies

Yolanda Alvarado Pabon, of Carrollton, earned a Bachelor of Science in human resource management

 

Fontana graduates from University of Tampa

Dominic Fontana, of Smithfield, graduated from The University of Tampa on May 8. Fontana graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in international business and finance.

 

Southern New Hampshire University announces Dean’s List

Southern New Hampshire University recently congratulated the following students on being named to the Winter 2021 Dean’s List. The winter term runs from January to May.

Full-time students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 are named to the Dean’s List.

Donley named to Dean’s List

Brianna Donley, a sophomore biology major from Carrollton, was among approximately 800 Bob Jones University students named to the Spring 2021 Dean’s List.

The Dean’s List recognizes students who earn a 3.0-3.74 grade point average during the semester.
