John Julius Munford, 46, of Franklin, passed away on June 1, 2021. He was the son of Dianne Warren Phelps and the late Julius Munford. John was raised in Smithfield, and he was very loyal to his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Dianne Warren Phelps; sisters, Ann Caldwell (Scott), and Jessica Burns; brothers, Timothy Munford and Christopher Munford; grandmother, Alda Warren; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
