Change is inevitable. Growth is as well.

It is like preparing your favorite dessert recipe that contains sugar. The right amount of sugar is required, but if you choose to add more than required, well it is out of balance.

I truly think this is the case with Malloy Scott approval.

Too much of a good thing becomes the problem.

What is it that five council members know that the citizenry population does not know?
