Sadly, after a long fight with Covid, Judy Caroline Miller Colwell lost the battle on Oct. 9, 2021. She is now in Heaven with her dad. She leaves behind her mother, sister, brother, and two sons.

Ms. Colwell was a dedicated school bus driver for Isle of Wight Academy for many years. She is gone, but never forgotten. Rest in peace my daughter.
