Stephen Earl Jones Sr., 69, of Smithfield, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021.

He was the son of the late Henry Morgan Jones Sr. and Nettie Virginia Wells Jones. Mr. Jones is survived by his daughter, Brandy J. Blose (Douglas); son, Stephen Earl Allen (Rosemary); grandchildren, Brandon, Destinie, Caleb, Gabriel A., Matt and Gabriel W.; and his best friend and companion for the past 17 years, Nancy Sue Johnson, and her children, Harvey Herron Jr. (Shawn); grandchildren, Ashley (Richard), Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Gracie.  Stephen was a loving father and grandfather.
