Vermont W. Osborne, 84, the wife of the late Warren William Osborne, passed away from her earthly visit to her heavenly home with her family by her side on October 4, 2022, at her residence In Surry, Virginia. She was born the youngest of eighteen children to the late Richard and Joseph Kellam Wilson in February 1938.
