Editor, The Smithfield Times:

Is anyone else noticing the ludicrous police vehicles at either end of the James River Bridge? There are enough barricades and heavy signs to state “It’s Closed.” 

Even on normal days when we are moving 25 mph going home to the formerly nice Isle of Wight, two police cars sit at the foot of the bridge. No can speed after 3:30 p.m.
