ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above styled suit is to partition real property situate, lying and being in Isle of Wight County, Virginia identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 18-01-011, and said to contain 78 acres; Tax Map Parcel No. 18-01-016, and said to contain 9.76 acres; Tax Map Parcel No.

38A-01-047, commonly known as 17041 South Carolina Avenue, Windsor, Virginia and Tax Map Parcel No. 38A-01-048, commonly known as 22160 South Carolina Avenue, Windsor, Virginia.

AND IT APPEARING by Affidavit filed according to law that the above named Defendants cannot be found and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the parties to be served or as set out in the pleadings they are a person or persons, as Defendants by the general description of “Parties Unknown” it is therefore ordered that the unknown heirs, assigns, devisees or grantees of Walter L. Clarke, any there may be, and all other persons who may be interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and whereabouts are unknown, all of whom are made parties hereto under the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN”, whether of record or not, in Tax Map Parcel No. 18-01-011, 18-01-016, 38A-01- 047 and 38A-0l-048 appear on or before the 16th day of February, 2018 in the Clerk’s Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Smithfield Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Isle of Wight; that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this Order be mailed to the Defendants at the addresses shown by the aforesaid Affidavit, if any.
