State reaches 460 contract agreement

A settlement was reached last week with US Mobility Partners, which held the contract with the state to build a new Route 460 from Petersburg to Suffolk.

Of the $256 million that was spent on the project, the Commonwealth will get $46 million back and the US Mobility Partners is waiving payment of an additional $103 million, according to Gov. Terry McAuliffe.…(Subscribe!)
