The Isle of Wight Sheriff’s Office is looking for two men who allegedly robbed Bojangles Restaurant on Carrollton Boulevard Sunday night.

At 10:56 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to Bojangles for a report of an armed robbery, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

The men forced their way into the rear of the restaurant and both held the employees at gun point while taking money from the cash register and the office safe.{mprestriction ids=”1,2,3,4,5,6″}

No one was injured.

They took $1,400 and fled on foot, said Investigator Kris Coughlin.

A K-9 unit tracked the men’s trail to Graystone where it stopped, said Coughlin.

The suspects are described as two black males, between 20 and 30 years old, standing about 6 feet tall and having a medium build.

They were wearing all black clothing and black and blue bandanas covering their faces, and one also wore red Nike Air Jordan basketball shoes.

One suspect had a black and pink backpack.

The Sheriff’s Office is awaiting video surveillance footage.
