NORTH MYRTLE BEACH S.C. — Jerry G. Turner of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. passed away Saturday, Aug, 8, 2015. 

Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Lynda; children, Jeri Lyne Webb, Lee Gosselin and Alex Price (Jake); brother, Tommy (Liz); sister, Fran Price (Dick); and numerous extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Turner; mother, Frances Davis; son, Jerry G. (Jay) Turner Jr.; and granddaughter, Brittany Webb.

Jerry was an entrepreneur and a local business owner in Smithfield for many years and later was a contractor in North Myrtle Beach.  Jerry will be remembered for his sense of humor and zest for life.  Those who knew him will remember his love of cars, boats and motorcycles.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday at noon at Lee Funeral Home in Little River, S.C. A graveside service in Smithfield will be held Thursday, Aug. 13, at 3 p.m. at St. Luke’s cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a local backpack program.
