Now the Northern long-eared bat is threatening to stop the improvement of the Benns Church intersection. At the end of the article it states that the bat is found in 37 States. That would be most of the United States. It’s been forced to live in Washington, D.C.  the poor thing. It can even be found in 13 of the 10 Canadian Provinces. That’s quite a feat for an endangered animal. Maybe I just don’t understand the science of the whole thing but it sounds like the Northern long-eared bat is doing pretty well.
