Albert Burckard wants your vote this November to represent the Newport District as a member of the Board of Supervisors.

Who can keep up with him? He’s a husband, father and grandfather daily. He’s a volunteer fire fighter year around. Did you know that we have a Carrollton Civic League that meets monthly in which Burckard has been the president? He volunteers at the Isle of Wight County Fair every year in telecommunications. Our county tourism would have a really big hole if it were not for Albert’s four monthly tours: Nike Park, Fort Huger, Isle of Wight’s 1750 Courthouse and the Battle of Smithfield on Main Street. Come see him in action. He does it without charge because he loves our county. He will even give private tours when asked.

He goes to as many Board of Supervisors’ meetings as he can. He’s already there. If you want a job done, they say give it to a busy person. Albert Burckard will listen to citizens’ wants and needs and will try to find solutions. No one has all the answers, but Albert will be determined to do the best he can to serve us.
