    After a weekend of snow, sleet and rain, I was very glad to see the temperatures in the 40s this morning at 4 a.m. (with the temperature expected to be mid 60s later today). But I am not happy to hear the County or VDOT truck (couldn’t tell which it was) going by my house and down the hill on the side of our property dumping stuff on the road (the road that did not have anything on it). Just another example of “a day late and a dollar short” for the taxpayer’s dollar.
