CARROLLTON — Angela Denise Gay, 42, of Carrollton was called home Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2016.

She is preceded in death by her father, Carlton Owen Johnson, and grandparents, Willie and Emily Gay 

Angela was a loving, caring person who left this earth way to soon, she will be forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her two daughters; Dawn Gilmore and wife LayChelle Gilmore, and Brittany Williams and husband Matt Williams; her son, Daniel Austin Gay;

three grandchildren, Jayce, Hunter and Annabelle Williams; her mother, Virginia Ann Gay and stepfather Mark Clemens; two sisters, Carla Ann Gay and Laura Quesenberry and husband  Matthew Quesenberry; a half-sister; Rita Benner;

four half-brothers, Tommy, Wesley, Sammy Johnson and Jaymes Basnight; four nieces, Maddison Leigh , Chainey Jordan, Marleigh Love and Emma Leigh; a nephew; Langley Mason; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Family and friends will gather for visitation Friday, March 11, noon – 1 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home in Carrollton. Memorial services will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery, 1525 N. Main St. in Suffolk at 1:30 p.m.
