William R. “Sonny” Turner IV, 28, of Norfolk passed away on March 31, 2017.  He was a 2007 graduate of Maury High School and a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Norfolk.  Sonny’s kind, loving and gentle soul will be greatly missed.  He is survived by his parents, Jocelyn and Rob Turner of Norfolk; his aunts and uncles, Mary Nancy and Mark Saunders of Carrollton, Frank A. Turner of Virginia Beach, John and Jacque Tate and Albert Tate, all of Chesapeake, and seven beautiful cousins.  He was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert and Nancy Turner, of Smithfield and John and Elisa Tate of Norfolk.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 15 at 4 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1004 Graydon Ave., Norfolk.  The family will receive guests immediately following the service at the church.  The immediate family will then meet privately.  In lieu of flowers, contributions are encouraged to be made to your favorite charity.
