Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2017, to consider abandoning any interest it may have in Robertson Lane. The purpose of this action is to ensure public records correctly reflect that ownership in Robertson Lane is vested in the residents of Robertson Lane. The public meeting will commence at 6 p.m. A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file in the Office of the County Attorney, Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia 23397, and is available for public examination. Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his views with respect to, the proposed ordinance amendment may appear before, and be heard by, the Board during the Public Hearing in the Robert C.
