The Rev. Sarah C. Hall of Smithfield passed away on Sept. 16, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Deacon Frank and Eunice Clark Hall. She is survived by two nieces, LaKeisha and Monica Hall and nephew, KeShawn Hall; three brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 21, 4-7 p.m. at Shivers Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday, Sept. 22, noon, at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
