308 Middle St., Smithfield, Virginia 23430 (Isle of Wight County) In execution of a deed of trust, from BRUCE WARREN WILLIAMS, JR., dated May 29, 2013, in the principal amount of $142,755.00, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the County of lsle of Wight, Virginia, as Instrument No. 130002994 and re-recorded as Instrument No. 140000247, (Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk’s Office as Instrument Number 170003413), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Isle of Wight County, Virginia on the 6th day of October, 2017, at 11 :00 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 308 Middle St., Smithfield, Virginia 23430 situated in the County of Isle of Wight, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows:

All of that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with the rights of way, privileges and easements appurtenant thereto, situate, lying and being formerly in Newport Magisterial District, now Town of Smithfield, County of Isle of Wight, State of Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Lot No. Twenty-One (21) in Block “I”, on a certain plat of survey dated November 30, 1944, bearing the legend “Plat Showing Subdivision of Tract #2 Owned by D.W. Sykes, Formerly Owned by W.H. Sykes and D.W. Sykes,” and said plat of survey being duly of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of lsle of Wight, Virginia, in Plat Book 2, at page 231, reference to which is hereby specifically made for a more particular description of the lot hereby conveyed, said lot fronting on Maine Street, as shown on said plat, a distance of fifty (50) feet, and running back between approximately parallel lines a distance of one hundred twenty-two and five-tenths (122.5) feet.
