Sykes,” and said plat of survey being duly of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of lsle of Wight, Virginia, in Plat Book 2, at page 231, reference to which is hereby specifically made for a more particular description of the lot hereby conveyed, said lot fronting on Maine Street, as shown on said plat, a distance of fifty (50) feet, and running back between approximately parallel lines a distance of one hundred twenty-two and five-tenths (122.5) feet.
