Is your mom the best? If so, tell the Isle of Wight and Surry communities and be entered into a free drawing to win your mom a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. 

The winner will be randomly selected and receive a bouquet of flowers from Smithfield’s own Fleur de Fou, as well as her tribute and photo published in the May 9 issue of The Smithfield Times. The feature will also include other descriptions entered in the contest.
