Sounds of the mountains

The Gazebo Stage will be the backdrop for the sounds of the mountains of North Carolina Friday.
Making it first appearance in Smithfield Nu-Blu of Siler City, N.C. will perform at 8 p.m. for the Summer Concert Series.
The quartet is led by husband and wife duo Daniel and Carolyn Routh and specializes in Americana ballads reminiscent of of the Appalachian Mountains.
The concert series changes gears on Friday, July 20 when it brings back the sound of the big bands with the Williamsburg Swing Band led by Dru Stowe.
The summer concerts are free to the public and are sponsored by the Isle of Wight Arts League and The Smithfield Times.
