Paul Longoria, 32, appeared in Isle of Wight General District Court this morning on charges related to the FBI search Tuesday of his home in the Graystone subdivision in Eagle Harbor.

Longoria is charged with owning materials used to create and make bomb and explosive materials, a Class 5 felony. His arraignment was continued until later this month. 

The search Tuesday started from a threat made on a computer located at Longoria’s residence, according to Lt. Tommy Potter with the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office. Search warrant materials from the FBI were sealed as of yesterday.
