South Carolina songwriter and vocalist Angela Easterling returns to Smithfield Friday to perform in the Summer Concert Series.

Easterling’s performance will begin at 8 p.m. on the Times Gazebo Stage at 228 Main Street. 

Easterling writes about her roots in rural South Carolina, where she lives on land owned by her family for more than two centuries. She is a four-time Kerrville New Folk inalist, a Telluride Troubadour and two-time Wildflower Performing Songwriter finalist.
