John Clifford Watts Jr. passed away from cancer on May 4, 2019 in Savannah, Mo. Cliff was the son of the late John Clifford Watts Sr. and Martha Cohoon Watts. Cliff was born on Sept. 9, 1943 in Suffolk, while his father was overseas serving as a pharmacist mate in World War II.

Cliff was a long-time resident of Bolckow, Mo., and managed the town for more than 20 years. Cliff was also an avid boater and enjoyed being on the water with his family.

Cliff is survived by his son, John Clifford Watts lll; a daughter, Jennifer Burhoop; a brother, Willis Cohoon Watts and two grandchildren.

Cliff’s ashes will be interred in St. Luke’s Cemetery at a latter date.
