A memorial Celebration of Life for H. Dwight Gwaltney will be held at Bethany United Methodist Church Saturday, July 27 at 10 a.m.

Mr. Gwaltney died at his Mill Swamp Road home on April 17, 2019 at age 72. He was a retired Smithfield Foods employee, a longtime member of Moonlight Hunt Club and a lifelong member of Bethany.

He is survived by his wife, the Rev. Becky Gwaltney of Smithfield, and daughter, Megan Elizabeth Gwaltney, of Philadelphia, Pa.
