Peninsula Trail Riders, Inc. and George Greer, have applied for a conditional use permit for a large outdoor recreational event. The event consists of a fundraiser motorcycle race to be held September 6-8, 2019. The location is Parcel #13-5 Swanns Point Road, Spring Grove, VA; this property is zoned Agricultural – Rural District (A-R). Copies of the Conditional Use Permit applications are available for review by the public 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday in the Department of Planning, Surry County Government Center, 45 School Street, Surry, Virginia.
