The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Randolph Smith and Gladys L. Smith:
Tax Map No.: 06-01-053 Brief Description: 7020 Robertson Lane

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Gladys L. Smith and Rosanna Johnson Smith, but without effect; that the post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Gladys L. Smith and Rosanna Johnson Smith are unknown; and that there may be other persons having an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, and those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”
It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Smithfield Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Isle of Wight, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 9 a.m. September 4 , 2019, in the Isle of Wight Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests. There is a 19 foot Mako Fiberglass Vessel manufactured in 1989 with Hull Identification Number MRKG0176L889 which has been abandoned on the premises of James E. Turner, III at 206 Marsh View Court, Carrollton, VA 23314 for well over 60 days. If the watercraft is not claimed and removed within thirty days after August 14, 2019 then James E. Turner, III shall apply to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries for a title to the vessel in his name, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 29.1-733.25.
