CARROLLTON—Roynol Percell Palmer, 85, transitioned from this life on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019, at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.  He is survived by his wife and six children. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, 1 p.m., at Campbell’s Chapel  A.M.E. Church, Carrollton.  Viewing will take place Friday, Nov. 29, from 4-7 p.m. at Shivers Funeral Chapel.
