Radical pro-abortion politicians in our state are determined to amend the Virginia Constitution to permanently legalize taxpayer-funded abortion on demand up until birth and beyond. I can’t stress enough the threat this is to all pro-life laws we have passed in Virginia or hope to pass in the future.

Even through the coronavirus lock-down, abortion was considered an essential service, allowing the facilities to continue using medical supplies that were in short supply in hospitals that should be used to save lives.

Pro-abortion politicians are trying to push this amendment through with innocent-sounding language by calling it “Personal Reproductive Freedom.” But it means abortion on demand for any reason during all nine months of pregnancy paid for by taxpayer dollars. No restrictions on partial-birth abortions or after the babies feel pain. No restrictions on abortion through all nine months right up til birth. No protection of teen girls, or women, and their unborn babies from unscrupulous abortionists. No new pro-life laws EVER in Virginia.

Urge your Virginia delegate and senator to oppose this amendment.
