It is without reservation I endorse Kathy Torrence as circuit court clerk.

Seldom do we have the opportunity to elect someone so qualified to fulfill this position. Her 15 years of experience, including serving as our present acting court clerk, grants Kathy the experience we need in that position to fulfill the numerous vital tasks Isle of Wight citizens deserve.

I have no doubt Kathy will continue the excellent service we have enjoyed under the former clerk, Sharon Jones, for many years to come. Join me in supporting her.
