Investigators with the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office have charged 20-year-old Jaylin La’Shun Freeman and 19-year-old Shamon Reid-Wilkerson with the murder of a Southampton County man.

The investigation began after the body of 19-year-old Casey Dakota Cagle, of Sedley, was discovered unresponsive in a car on Dec. 6 in the Beaverbrook Mobile Home Park near Carrsville.
