Kenneth Eugene Weeks, 65, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 11, 2021.

Kenny was an avid fisherman. He loved to fish and would do it any day given the opportunity, rain, shine, storm or snow! Whether in a boat on the water, or casting a line from a pier or shore, he would catch them, clean them, and fry them up fresh. He was known for his fish fries and people would come from all over to get his hot catfish fillets and corn-filled hush puppies. He had his secret, favorite batter brand and nothing else would do. He would often go into communities and give fresh fish away when he had an abundance. He was so generous. He would take clothes to people that he knew were in need and help anyone with their heating and cooling needs. He worked construction with his dad for years as a young man and worked at Smithfield Heating.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Chester, and Lucy Weeks.
