The Mallory Scott Farm development proposal will:

• Alter the character of Smithfield, Rescue, Battery Park and Carrollton.
• Raise taxes for all residents.
• Increase student enrollment beyond its current capacity.
• Cause environmental damage, loss of animal habitat and negatively impact water quality.
• Increase traffic on our congested two-lane roads, especially the Nike Park Road and Battery Park Road area with no turn lanes.
• Overstress police, fire and rescue services, and those who volunteer.
• Increase existing flooding for already established neighborhoods, such as Wellington Estates, with severe flooding issues that have not been resolved.
