Editor, The Smithfield Times:

I read with interest a letter to the editor in last week’s Times (“Windsor should ignore outsiders”).  This person criticized a person from Chicago for expressing his opinion of the recent Windsor police fiasco traffic stop incident.

This local opinion writer (according to the letter) is from Carrsville. I would suggest that any person of intelligence normally would listen to their own advice before advising others.  Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, just as mine that I have expressed here. I have a  Windsor, Virginia, address.
