William P. Bullock Jr. passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. He was a resident of Carrollton, formerly of Hampton. Bill was born in Danville to the late William Bullock and Delphia Bullock and was a graduate of Newport News High School.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Kyle Travis Bullock and Jeffrey Wade Bullock. Bill is survived by his wife, Joan D. Bullock; sons, Michael Bullock (Amy) and David Bullock (Susan); four grandchildren, Stephanie Bullock, Kelsey Bullock-Vladu, Kyle D. Bullock, Triton Bullock; great-granddaughter, Kaylee Bissette, and beloved constant companion, Ziva.

Per Bill’s request, services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.
