Local school divisions have announced their plans for Monday.

Isle of Wight County Schools will be closed Monday for students, 10-month and 11-month employees, the school division announced on its Facebook page on Sunday. Twelve-month employees should report to work on time, or contact their supervisor if road conditions in their area are not safe for travel.

Isle of Wight Academy will close Monday and have a virtual day of instruction, following the learning plan sent on Thursday. All athletic events are canceled on Monday.

Surry County Public Schools announced it will open on a two-hour delay.
