Redacted History 101

Editor, The Smithfield Times:

In acknowledgement of Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s success in enabling some parents to feel heard with regards to greater say in their children’s education, I propose: “American History Courses in Virginia High Schools shall have at least one ‘Comprehensive American History’ section and at least one ‘Redacted American History’ section.”

This would allow more parents in Virginia to have a meaningful say in the educational path they deem most useful/appropriate for their children.
