Smithfield native-turned-Nashville recording artist Celeste Kellogg returned to perform at the Isle of Wight County Spring Fest.
Kellogg performed several songs, including an original she released to radio titled “There’s a Beach Somewhere.”

Isle of Wight County reprised last year’s inaugural Spring Fest with a three-day event in 2022 spanning April 22-24 at the county’s fairgrounds in Windsor. The festival featured carnival rides, concerts, a rodeo and a demolition derby.
