Wood excels in N.C. bass tourney

Smithfield’s Rickey Wood placed fourth among Strike King co-anglers in the recent MLF Bass Fishing League Tournament on Kerr Lake in Henderson, North Carolina.
The tournament was the fourth event of the season for the Bass Fishing League Shenandoah Division.
Wood caught five bass and netted $551.
