The Smithfield High School Beta Club collected pet food to donate to the Peninsula Pet Pantry, an organization that feeds feral cats and supports families with pets who do not have the financial resources to feed them. By providing temporary pet food and supplies, as well as resource referral services, the Peninsula Pet Pantry is helping to keep pets with their owners and out of animal shelters and humane groups.
