Amy Ring, director of community development for Isle of Wight County, was the guest speaker at a recent Smithfield Kiwanis Club meeting. She gave a presentation on how the county manages and plans for growth and development over a 20-year period. She also addressed some of the current and projected initiatives in Isle of Wight.
