Editor, The Smithfield Times:

A spontaneous bouquet of beautiful little yellow flowers has bravely sprouted up in the concrete median on Smith’s Neck Road near the intersection with Route 17. 

Is VDOT experimenting with roadway decoration? Will it survive the next road cleaning? Does this align with our county master plan for managed growth? Can somebody from Nest-17 venture out there to water it?
