Cypress Creek Golfers Club hosts breast cancer benefit tournament
The Cypress Creek Golfers Club hosted a breast cancer benefit golf tournament on July 15. The event drew 92 players and 15 volunteers, raising just over $5,500.
Kelly Jordan, a club member, organized the event to raise money for his employee, Terry Langhorne, a single mother recently diagnosed with breast cancer.
A four-person team consisting of husband-wife duos Jeremy and Christan Weflen and Jon and Linda Lubecki won the tournament, shooting a 53 at 91-under.
