Editor, The Smithfield Times:

Stephen Faleski is an excellent journalist with The Smithfield Times. Not long ago he was a most deserving recipient of many of the 24 awards for journalistic and advertising excellence given by the Virginia Press Association.

Recently he was accused by school board member Michael Vines of lying on him in an interview. Sometimes journalist articles can be “suspect,” however, this is not true of Stephen Faleski. I have always found Stephen’s interviews with integrity beyond reproach, to be honest and reporting precise. I have always referred him, knowing he’ll do the same for others.

The Smithfield Times is lucky to have a journalist of his caliber.
