Jackson Todd Burch passed away tragically and unexpectedly on November 24, 2022 at the young age of 12. Jackson was born on July 7, 2010 to Todd and Jennifer Burch (née Cundiff).

He is also survived by a younger brother Joshua; grandparents Susan and Richard Martin, Mark Cundiff, and Alice Burch; aunts and uncles Sarah Burch, Paul Martin, Lilia Mendoza and Bruce S. Burch, and many great aunts/uncles and cousins. Jackson was predeceased by his grandfather Bruce E. Burch and aunt Laura Tillotson.

Jackson was a bright and shining star whose light will be forever missed by his family and friends. He was intelligent and inquisitive, forming interests in economics, history, and other subjects at an unusually young age. He particularly enjoyed reciting little known historical facts to the amazement of those around him. Jackson was a member of BSA Troop 36 in Carrollton, well on his way to Eagle rank and loved playing SRA baseball.

He was always reading, learning, and inventing. Jackson also had a sensitive, thoughtful side that showed how much he cared for other people. Jackson’s brief time with us will live on forever in the hearts and memories of his family and friends and the inspiration he provided to others.
