Cynthia was a graduate of Windsor High School and was retired from the Virginia Department of Heath as an Office Service Supervisor.  She served on the Beautification Committee for the Town of Windsor and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.  Cynthia could see the beauty in the smallest of things and would never miss an opportunity to tell the people close to her that she loved them.  She was a woman that Wesley could always count on and she inspired him to live life to the fullest each day.

Wesley and Cynthia will be remembered by their loved ones for the love to their family, church, town, and the Outer Banks.  Both of their legacies will live on.  True love stories never have endings.
